Mikro sabit bilyalı rulman metrik seriyi ifade eder, dış çap 9 mm'den azdır;İnç serisi, dış çap her türlü rulmanın 9.525 mm'den azdır, ana malzeme karbon çeliği, rulman çeliği, paslanmaz çelik, plastik, seramik vb., iç çap 0.6 mm kadar küçük olabilir, genel iç 1 mm daha fazla çap.

Minyatür rulmandaki ultra küçük açıklıkta, minyatür sabit bilyalı rulman tipi, toplam 6 R serisinde metrik 68 serisi, 69 serisi, 60 serisi vb. inç'e sahiptir, buna dayanarak ZZ çelik ile de ayrılabilir tozluk rulman serisi, RS minyatür rulman serisi ile kauçuk conta, teflon rulman keçe serisi ve flanşlı penal serisi vb.

Başvuru

Ofis ekipmanları, mikro motor, enstrüman, lazer gravür, küçük saat, yumuşak sürücü, basınç rotoru, diş matkabı, tahrik motoru, step motor gibi her türlü endüstriyel ekipman, yüksek hızlı düşük gürültü alanının küçük döner motoru için uygundur, VCR manyetik tambur, oyuncak modelleri, bilgisayar soğutma fanı, kağıt, faks makinesi vb. ilgili alanlar.

Dikkat

1. Boyunduruk demirini ana motorun uç yüzüne yerleştirin.

2. Fişi kontrol anahtarı ile elektrik prizine takın.

3. Topraklama kablosunun iyi durumda olup olmadığını kontrol edin ve güç açıldıktan sonra ölçüm kalemi ile test edin.

4. Başlat düğmesine basın ve ana bilgisayar açılır.

5. Boyunduruk demirinin toprağa giden voltajı olmadığını kontrol edin.

6. Ana makine kapandığında ısıtmayı durdurmak için durdurma düğmesine basın.

7, Minyatür yatağın veya diğer iş parçasının farklı özelliklerine göre, farklı boyunduruk demir kapağı seçin, boyunduruğu ana makinenin üstüne koyun, pürüzsüz ile tutarlı olmalıdır.

8. Minyatür yatağı ısıtırken, sensör "sensör soketine" yerleştirilmeli ve sensör ısıtılmış iş parçasına bağlanmalıdır.
